Walter is a 4 month old Chihuahua mix and weighs 4 lbs. He is good with other dogs and around children. He is friendly, playful, easy going and loves to be around people. Walter, Murray, Amanda, Jill and 4 other siblings were dumped at the BAS gate overnight a few months ago.
